We are committed to protecting your privacy. This App:
• does NOT store users’ personal data
• does NOT collect or store user data
• does NOT retain device-specific identifiers
• does NOT maintain a database with user information
• Location data is used solely to provide information about current road obstacles
• Location access is temporary and used only during active use of the App
• Location information is processed in real time and deleted immediately
• No historical location data is stored
The App uses the device’s location exclusively to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date road condition information
• Offer real-time navigation assistance
• Warn about current obstacles on the route
• Users can revoke location permission at any time
• Location access can be adjusted in the device settings
• App functionality may be limited if location access is disabled
• All location processing happens locally on the user’s device
• Location data is not sent to external servers
• Temporary location data is deleted immediately after use
By using the App, you consent to:
• Temporary processing of location data
• Delivery of real-time road obstacle information
• Immediate deletion of location information
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
